Key Responsibilities:



• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders • Analyze processes and develop functional specifications • Coordinate IT projects from planning to implementation • Facilitate user acceptance testing and vendor assessments • Promote governance and compliance in technology solutions

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in systems analysis and project coordination • Relevant college diploma or degree in related fields • Project Management or Business Analysis certification an asset • Robust skills in documentation and reporting • Ability to operate at HQ 1-3 days/week for collaboration
