Key Responsibilities:
• Handle employee questions about policies and benefits
• Oversee onboarding for current employees to ensure smooth transitions
• Create and maintain employee documentation and records

Requirements:
• Completed degree or diploma in HR Management
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an agency
• Strong insight into employment standards and legislation
• Demonstrated organizational and collaborative skills
• HRIS proficiency, especially with Workday
