You will play a vital role in supporting diverse employees throughout the employee lifecycle while partnering with the Director of People Operations. This includes handling onboarding, employee relations, compliance tasks, and utilizing HR technology and data analytics for enhancement. Your ability to implement effective workflows will be key to operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee onboarding and employee offboarding processes
• Manage compliance and HR reporting activities
• Prepare and analyze workforce data for organizational goals




• Assist in Talent Acquisition during busy recruitment periods
• Facilitate audits and policy updates as required
Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in People Operations or HR
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
• Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment statutes
• Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
• Skills in HRIS management and data insight analysis
