Your role will involve assessing and implementing care plans for patients suffering from acute and chronic renal failure. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and create tailored care plans
• Implement nursing interventions based on clinical guidelines




• Work with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient care activities and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care processes
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited LPN program
• Registration eligibility with CLHA; current BCLS-HCP
• Completion of IV Therapy and Medication Administration course
• Ability to lift 40lbs (18kg)
• Previous experience in hemodialysis preferred
