The Branch Manager will work closely with the Vice President, Member Experience, to establish and maintain a high-performance culture within the branch. Through coaching and developing your team, you will drive performance, ensuring that service delivery exceeds member expectations while achieving growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a strong sales culture and quality service
• Set clear performance standards and evaluate staff
• Monitor branch operations for efficiency




• Proactively resolve member issues for satisfaction
• Establish strategic growth plans based on market analysis
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant leadership experience
• Minimum 3 years in credit granting roles
• Completion or enrollment in CSC of IFIC or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of regulatory policies and products
• Proven track record in team coaching and mentorship
