This position emphasizes supporting the Safety Management System (SMS), Quality Assurance Program, and IOSA compliance efforts while collaborating closely with operational teams. Your expertise will ensure robust auditing processes and foster a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Administer PAL Airlines' safety reporting system and monitor incidents • Support SMS investigations and trend analysis activities • Conduct internal quality and safety audits against standards • Prepare audit plans, checklists, and follow-up documentation • Facilitate communication on findings and corrective actions

Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Knowledge of safety management and quality assurance processes • Experience in commercial aviation operations preferred • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to maintain airport security clearance
