This position supports the US Country Director in executing several Program initiatives and advocacy projects. You’ll engage in legislative analysis, develop outreach materials, and represent the organization in various coalitions. The Program Assistant will also focus on grassroots strategies aimed at awareness and civic action, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



• Engage in coalitions and support policy advocacy activities • Draft advocacy materials and conduct legal analysis • Oversee aspects of advocacy initiatives and reporting • Collect data for US advocacy work evaluation • Contribute to strategic planning for current programs

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines preferred • 1-2 years of experience in advocacy or conservation • Strong writing and reporting skills necessary • Ability to thrive in a team and deadline-driven setting • Experience with CRM and advocacy tools desired
