Job SummaryMINISO Canada is currently expanding and we are looking for a Retail Area Manager to support stores across the Atlantic region, primarily covering Halifax (Nova Scotia) and New Brunswick (NB).Major Responsibilities:Ensure all assigned stores operate efficiently and in full compliance with company standards, policies, and proceduresDevelop and manage budgets, sales targets, and KPIs for each store in the Atlantic regionRecruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and retail associatesOversee daily store operations and conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent execution and performanceMonitor and manage inventory levels, product distribution, and store merchandising standardsAnalyze store performance and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiencyPrepare and review reports, including sales performance, labour costs,
