ABOUT THEROLE

We are looking for aJourneyperson ServiceTechnician to join our team atDilawri Mitsubishi . The successfulcandidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eagerto contribute to our growing team.

KeyResponsibilities

- Dedicated to quality of workmanship,diagnostics, and maintenance repair as per required standards.
- Reports all mechanical or safetyrelated deficiencies not noted on the repair order.
- Accurately utilizes MPI for 100%forall repair orders. Perform recent vehicle PDI.
- Diagnose/repair, replaceparts/components, perform service/maintenance to new and used vehicles as permanufacturer standards.
- Provides service advisors summary ofadditional maintenance or required work that need to be performed.
- Performs road tests to confirm repairsare completed satisfactorily.




- Accurately records the cause andcorrection on customer repair orders and completes the Technician portion onMPI and related inspection forms.
- Provides Service Advisors withaccurate parts and labour estimates utilizing MPI.
- Maintains and follows manufacturerwarranty policies and procedures.

ABOUT YOU

- 3 rd year, 4 th year, Journeyman and/or equivalent experience required.
- Requires a valid driver’s license witha clean- drivers abstract.
- Ability to carefully and safely driveboth standard and automatic vehicles.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy itemsand equipment such as tires, tools, and equipment.
- Focus on exceptional customer service.
