T Squared Social is looking for a Saskatoon-based freelance photographer and videographer to support ongoing social media content creation for local businesses and organizations. This is project-based contract work, with shoots typically ranging from 2-4 hours. We're looking for someone who is technically strong, adaptable, and comfortable working collaboratively across a variety of commercial projects.

The ideal contractor will be able to:

- Capture professional photography and video during the same shoot
- Produce technically consistent work with robust composition, focus, exposure and colour
- Understand social media formats and vertical-first content
- Capture a variety of people, products, environments and movement
- Work efficiently from a creative brief and shot list
- Take creative direction and feedback comfortably
- Edit engaging short-form video and polished photography
- Adapt their creative style to different clients and brand standards
- Work comfortably in indoor and outdoor environments
- Occasionally travel within Saskatchewan
- Meet deadlines and communicate clearly throughout each project
