• Manage IT infrastructure and cloud platforms for scalability • Oversee comprehensive cybersecurity initiatives and compliance • Build relationships with Managed Service Providers for optimal performance • Ensure high-quality service delivery via the Support Desk • Collaborate on strategic technology investments and initiatives

Requirements: • Over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security • Proficient in cloud technologies including Azure and Microsoft tools • Strong experience in managing IT vendors and service levels • Familiarity with risk management and operational reporting • Relevant IT certifications such as CCSP or PMP are an asset
