In this full time position within the People & Performance team, you will enhance Earthscape's health and safety program and operational training efforts. Your goal is to create accessible safety practices that resonate with employees, fostering a supportive environment for growth and engagement. You'll lead various compliance initiatives, ensuring that safety is a core part of company culture.

Key Responsibilities:



• Bridge regulatory standards with a positive workplace • Coordinate health and safety training and documentation • Support workplace inspections and compliance activities • Manage training calendar and operational certifications • Champion Joint Health & Safety Committee initiatives

Requirements: • 3–5+ years in health and safety roles • Familiarity with Ontario safety legislation • Experience coordinating operational training • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to foster trust and collaboration
