Southern Health-Santé Sud in Eastview Place, Altona, MB, seeks a Health Care Aide to support residents with daily living activities under RN/LPN/RPN supervision. You will follow care plans, assist with ADLs, and ensure patient safety in a person-centered approach. This term, in-person role includes days, nights and weekends, 7.75-hour days, with travel to regional facilities as needed. Requires HCA certificate, Grade 12, and BLS; bilingualism considered; term may end per collective agreement.
