Become a vital part of Michael Garron Hospital (MGH) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. This role focuses on providing comprehensive respiratory care for patients with cardiopulmonary conditions in a collaborative team environment.

As an RRT in the Long-Term Ventilation Unit, you will assess, treat, and monitor chronically ventilated patients. The position emphasizes evidence-based care, promotes patient education, and ensures safe respiratory equipment operation. Working rotating shifts, you'll also participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical education for students in respiratory therapy.

Requirements: • Registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO) • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program • Minimum 3 years of experience preferred • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
