• Direct operations for 15+ communities ensuring service quality • Address complex issues for customer satisfaction • Coach Property Managers on performance and development • Develop strategies for improving resident retention • Monitor contractor performance to meet service standards

Requirements: • 5-7 years of experience in property management • Proven track record with property management teams • Robust knowledge of operational practices • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities • Required CMRAO General License
