In this role, you will enhance nursing practices and ensure compliance with established standards. The NSWOC RN is responsible for monitoring and assessing patient needs, developing comprehensive care plans, and supervising nursing staff. You will also have a role in evaluating team performance and guiding nursing practices in the absence of leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
