49North, an MDA Space Company, seeks a seasoned Capture Manager to lead high-value aerospace and defence opportunities in Canada. You will shape capture plans, develop win strategies, and align pricing with strategy while coordinating with BD, engineering and executive stakeholders. Candidates should have 15+ years in aerospace/defence, 5+ years in senior capture roles, and a security clearance. English fluency is essential; French is a plus.
