Key Responsibilities: • Oversee compliant and accurate accounting processes • Generate financial reports for compliance and leadership • Analyze trends and metrics for informed forecasting • Lead the budgeting process and variance analysis • Mentor finance team in a high-performance culture

Requirements: • Degree in finance, accounting, or business • 10+ years in accounting with increasing responsibility • 5+ years in a leadership role • Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/D365/PowerBI) • CPA designation, with industry knowledge preferred
