Transform Treasury Operations Through Process Excellence

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Consultant to lead a high-impact process improvement and transformation initiative within Treasury Operations. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant, business transformation professional, or operational excellence leader who thrives on identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and driving measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to analyze current-state processes, design future-state solutions, and support enterprise-wide operational improvements. This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

Process Review & Analysis

- Lead deep-dive reviews of operational processes across Treasury Operations
- Document current-state workflows, risks, controls, and improvement opportunities
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
- Create clear and structured process documentation

Transformation & Improvement Initiatives

- Develop future-state process recommendations
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define execution plans
- Support prioritization, effort estimation, and implementation planning




- Drive progress against transformation objectives

Governance, Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain comprehensive action plans and process improvement trackers
- Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Escalate roadblocks and provide status updates to leadership
- Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements

Required Experience

- 5+ years of experience in:

- Demonstrated experience leading process reviews and optimization initiatives
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and controls
- Experience working with both business and technology teams

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- CBAP, PMP, CPA, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are considered assets
