RBC is seeking a Director, Product Strategy & Roadmap to own the end-to-end platform strategy for its agentic AI initiative. You will decide what ships and when, grounding decisions in user value and adoption evidence, while partnering with engineering on how the roadmap is built. You will lead prioritization rigor, own analytics, and ensure responsible AI practices are integrated throughout the product lifecycle, reporting to the AI Group leadership.
