In this impactful role, you will develop comprehensive training programs to enhance job readiness based on participant needs. Responsibilities include recruiting eligible candidates and assisting them with personalized Employment Action Plans. You will also collaborate with community partners to provide necessary support and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design employability skills training curriculum
• Facilitate recruitment and individual plans
• Deliver training both virtually and in person
• Coordinate with community organizations for workshops
• Guide participants on employment-related advice
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and online platforms
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills for effective program execution
• Current Criminal Record Check is required
