Calling All Local Flaggers/Traffic Controllers! Do you find that mountains and scenic nature call your name? Are you looking for a position that will be versatile enough to allow you to work outdoors and enjoy the rest of summer?

If so, ATS Traffic currently has newjob openings for Seasonal Flaggers in Lake Louise for the the 2026 season!

What is a Traffic Controller, you may ask? A Traffic Controller directs traffic and ensures safety on the roads. You will signal to vehicles when to slow down, stop, and when it is safe to proceed.

Picture it. You, working outdoors in the summertime surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Lake Louise.

Hours: 10-12 Hours/Day. 4 days on/4 days off or we can be flexible with an alternative schedule, please include a comment in the screen question section of availability.

Wage:

Starting at $25 an hour depending on level of experience, with standard overtime pay.

Transportation:

Transportation will be provided if needed from a one pick-up location in Calgary, with a second transportation option available in the Banff area.

Project Length:

Begins May and contract will be until October 28, 2026.

ATS offers full training to ensure all successful candidates are fully skilled for this position.

Qualifications





Own method of transportation to get to and from work

Ability to undergo and successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

*Note: As this is a safety sensitive role we have a zero tolerance policy for use of medical and/or recreational marijuana.

Experience in either Traffic Control or Construction industries is an asset, however we will provide training and certifications to the right candidates!
