Engage closely with site management and corporate leadership to address development gaps and drive impactful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be a courageous safety leader promoting safety standards • Develop and manage leadership programs for HVC • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and safety protocols • Regularly assess and enhance program effectiveness • Facilitate Supervisor training sessions and workshops
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field • 5-7 years of HR or leadership experience • Robust knowledge of leadership development theories • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills • Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments
