and logistics functions • Manage financial performance including P&L; accountability • Lead QA initiatives to ensure compliance with specifications • Foster a culture of safety across all operations • Negotiate contracts and oversee supplier management strategies

Requirements: • 8–13 years of progressive leadership in fire safety or contracting • Deep experience in strategic sourcing and negotiation • Robust fluency with ERP systems in procurement and operations • Proven management of P&L; in fabrication settings • Preferential knowledge of fire protection supplies and materials
