As a Maintenance Mechanic at Degelman Industries LP, you will play a critical role in the Production Department. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical repairs will contribute to the development of maintenance programs and the handling of emergency breakdowns. Applicants should possess a trade education and relevant experience, with training offered for ongoing skill enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans • Execute preventative maintenance and respond to emergencies • Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely and efficiently • Familiarize with new equipment introduced to the facility • Diagnose issues with machinery and perform repairs

Requirements: • First year Millwright/Industrial Mechanic trade education • 3 to 5 years of related experience in maintenance • Strong background in hydraulics, welding, and repairs • Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems • Willingness to work under various conditions, including heights
