Join a high-growth company as a Red Seal Millwright in Delta, BC, working a 4×10-day shift. Utilize your skills in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime efficiently.
This full-time permanent position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. You'll perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including preventative tasks and major repairs on Punch Press and Roll Form machinery. Strong problem-solving abilities, along with a Journeyperson Ticket, are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on all production equipment
• Machine small parts for equipment as needed
• Conduct preventative maintenance for equipment longevity
• Provide solutions to equipment-related problems
• Mentor apprentices and assist with their training
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing/maintenance
• Valid Journeyperson Ticket as a Millwright
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Strong basic electrical knowledge
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
