Job Prospect: In this role,
you willlead a team of electrical designersresponsible for delivering high-quality automation solutions. You’ll play a key part in shaping design standards, supporting project execution, and developing talent within the team—all while working closely with Engineering and Operations leadership.

What you’ll do:
Lead and support the Electrical Design teamthrough daily prioritization, resource planning, and technical guidance
Drive design executionfrom concept through validation, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met
Mentor and develop team members, building both technical capability and leadership bench strength
Collaborate cross-functionallywith Engineering, Controls, and Operations to ensure seamless project delivery
Ensure designs meetcustomer requirementsand project commitments onscope, schedule, and quality
What We’re Looking For
Strong backgroundinindustrial automation and electrical design withProficiency inEPLAN, AutoCAD, Edrawings
Proven ability tolead, coach, and develop technical teams
Comfortable balancinghands-on problem solving with leadership responsibilities
Passion forbuilding robust, practical, buildable designs
MinimumDegree or Diploma in Electrical Engineeringor Equivalent Specialized Experience
Minimum5+ Years’ Experiencewithin the Automation or Automotive Manufacturing Field
Preference given to candidate holdingPEO (Professional Engineers of Ontario)Designation
