Key Responsibilities: • Prepare online filings for Alberta Corporate Registry • Draft and file transactional legal documents • Review and correct deficiencies in minute books • Conduct corporate searches and inquiries • Maintain accurate and compliant corporate records

Requirements: • Graduate of a recognized paralegal program • Minimum of three years in a corporate paralegal role • Required CORES Level II certification • Strong knowledge of applicable corporate acts • Proficiency in drafting comprehensive documents
