As a Human Resources Specialist at Metro Supply Chain, you will be integral to providing HR consultation to support employee engagement and compliance across the organization. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will handle performance management, philosophical change initiatives, and employee recognition programs, ensuring consistent applications of policies and a positive health and safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct performance management consultations with management • Oversee employee records and maintain HRIS • Advise on HR legislative changes and ensure compliance • Enhance employee relations and workplace satisfaction • Collaborate on recruitment and selection processes

Requirements: • 4 – 7 years of HR experience required • Post-secondary Human Resources education preferred • CHRP certification a plus • Ability to travel to multiple locations in the GTA • Robust analytical and consulting skills
