As a key member of the Diagnostic Imaging team, you'll need to be a graduate of an accredited school with both CAMRT certification and NSRMIRT licensure. This position supports diverse imaging procedures, requiring effective teamwork, proactive communication, and adherence to safety protocols. You may also need to travel to other health sites as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment independently
• Apply ALARA principles to minimize patient exposure
• Promote safety and communication within multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct various imaging procedures for patient diagnosis
• Manage responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
• Accredited Radiological Technology educational background
• Certified with CAMRT and licensed by NSRMIRT
• Previous experience in diagnostic imaging advantageous
• Basic Life Support Certification required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
