Key Responsibilities:
• Champion Lean tool education and problem-solving efforts
• Coordinate with Lean council on facility improvements
• Define operational processes to meet business targets




• Mentor team members in Lean methodologies
• Ensure ongoing communication of improvements with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Over 5 years of lean manufacturing experience
• Proven leadership in training and project management
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• Strong analytical skills with effective communication
