Communications, Marketing & PR Coordinator Location:

Fully remote. Open to Canadian residents.

Position Type:

Full-time. This role may include supporting coordinated team coverage across 8AM–8PM Eastern, 7 days a week, including statutory holidays, with stat holiday pay provided in accordance with applicable regulations.

On-Target Earnings:

$75,000–$85,000+ CAD, with no cap on key earning targets.

Do not apply if you are not prepared to work some statutory holidays.

This is a high-energy execution role for someone who loves momentum, details, communication, and making sure nothing gets dropped.

You will help keep communications, PR activity, social content, campaign operations, event logistics, reporting, and follow-up moving across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, people-oriented, and excited to bring the human layer to an AI + human environment.

What You'll Own

Manage shared inboxes and keep communications organized, responded to, routed, and followed up on in a timely way.

Process forms and membership applications for clients.

Monitor content calendars and help ensure campaigns, posts, approvals, and deadlines stay on track.

Schedule and monitor social media content in partnership with AI content agents while maintaining brand quality, context, and accuracy.

Monitor ad campaign activity managed by AI ad agents and flag issues, anomalies, opportunities, and follow-ups quickly.

Keep digital and social profiles updated, accurate, optimized, and aligned with current positioning.

Monitor social media channels, respond where needed, and elevate issues or opportunities appropriately.

Amplify media coverage, podcast appearances, awards, partnerships, and external mentions across channels.

Manage media relations support, including outreach, coordination, follow-ups, list building, and relationship tracking.

Research and book podcast opportunities for clients, then coordinate scheduling, communication, and supporting materials.

Support live and virtual event logistics, including venue booking, speaker coordination, speaker communications, collateral planning, printing, and branded swag orders.





Support newsletter production and event email marketing execution.

Produce client reporting and communicate progress to goals and targets throughout the month.

Keep internal systems, trackers, calendars, and project management tools current and reliable.

Requirements

Experience in communications, marketing, PR, administration, social media, event coordination, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience coordinating multiple deadlines, projects, or stakeholders at once.

Comfort with digital tools, project management platforms, and modern marketing systems.

Ability to work independently while staying highly collaborative with the team.

Experience in customer service, sales support, media relations, client service, PR, or communications is a strong asset.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting media relations or podcast outreach.





Experience with newsletters or email marketing platforms.

Experience with event logistics and speaker coordination.

Experience with social scheduling, profile management, and social monitoring.

Experience working in an agency, startup, or fast-moving service business.

Familiarity with AI tools for content, workflow support, or campaign monitoring.

Tools Mac/Apple equipment provided, Slack, Asana, Office 365, Canva, HubSpot, AI tools, email marketing platforms, ad platforms, social scheduling tools, and native social platforms.

Compensation On-Target Earnings:

$75,000–$85,000+ CAD, with no cap on key earning targets.

Performance Bonus:

Quarterly and uncapped, with significant upside tied directly to results. Top performers are expected to exceed OTE.
