Showcase basic understanding of basic products and processes. Follow standard procedural guidelines Processes work volumes and provide consistent service within established benchmarks contributing to the achievement of business SLA/KPI. Manage all partners to develop their skills and proficiency on designated capabilities for the role/business through Development Plan activities and career planning discussions. What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Knowledge on how to operate a computer applications and must have keyboard skills Can speak and write in English Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as our Centre is open Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 8:00pm Can lift up to 50 lbs.
