In this role, you'll work closely with a diverse patient population, delivering both preventive and rehabilitative care. • Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients • Assess health needs and coordinate with RNs • Document patient progress and adapt care plans • Engage with families providing support and education • Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulations

Requirements: • Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Diploma in Practical Nursing with IV administration training • BCLS/HCP certification required • Experience in acute medical nursing is preferable • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
