In this role, you will apply your expertise as a licensed Pharmacist with an Accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency. Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise pharmacy staff while coordinating work assignments • Ensure adequate staffing to manage workflow demands • Implement drug distribution safety programs • Monitor quality assurance and performance metrics • Participate in training programs for new pharmacy staff

Requirements: • Current registration as a Pharmacist in BC • Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency • Minimum of three years’ relevant hospital pharmacy experience • Solid knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices • Effective communication and leadership skills
