Senior Decisions Developer - Workflow Automation
(SME)

Location: Toronto, ON

Required Experience

- 8+ years of IT experience with
5+ years of hands-on experience on the Decisions Platform
- Strong expertise in designing enterprise workflow automation, business rules, and process orchestration solutions
- Experience administering and supporting enterprise Decisions environments across Development, Test, UAT, Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Proven experience leading implementations, mentoring teams, and driving platform best practices

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and configure enterprise workflows, business rules, dashboards, and integrations using the
Decisions Platform .
- Implement and manage
Access Control Lists (ACLs) , role-based access control (RBAC), and security frameworks.
- Design and implement
SAML-based authentication ,
Single Sign-On (SSO) , and identity integration solutions.
- Configure and maintain dashboards, forms, workflows, and automation processes.
- Manage platform environments including
Development, Test, UAT, Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR) .
- Perform application deployments, upgrades, release management, and DR validation exercises.
- Monitor workflows, scheduled jobs, logs, and system performance to ensure platform stability.
- Troubleshoot platform, server, licensing, deployment, and performance-related issues.
- Optimize workflow execution, platform scalability, and overall system performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, infrastructure,



and development teams to deliver enterprise automation solutions.
- Provide production support, incident resolution, and platform maintenance.
- Serve as the
Subject Matter Expert (SME) by defining governance, standards, and mentoring development teams.
