As the IT Operations Specialist, you will take full ownership of operations for Veritree and tentree, focusing on optimizing infrastructure and implementing robust security measures. Your role will involve using AI automation for improved reporting and workflow efficiency while managing day-to-day IT requests from team members.

Key Responsibilities: • Offer comprehensive support for all hardware and software issues • Facilitate management of DNS, VPN,



and SaaS platforms • Handle IT asset tracking and lifecycle management • Write clear documentation and maintain IT knowledge bases • Administer user management in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related area • At least 3 years' relevant experience in IT operations • Familiarity with MDM solutions for Apple and Windows devices • Experience in a mixed OS workplace: Linux, macOS, Windows • Ability to leverage AI tools for documentation and operations
