Drive operational safety at YVR as a Program Coordinator for Risk and Resilience. This full time position emphasizes developing crucial continuity plans and airside readiness until July 2027.
Working collaboratively across teams, you'll enhance operational plans and mitigate risks that could impact airport efficiency. You will lead exercises geared towards improving readiness and represent operations in emergency initiatives, supporting a safe and seamless passenger experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve operational resilience plans
• Oversee compliance with Aircraft Recovery and FOD Management
• Facilitate tabletop exercises to drive improvements
• Identify and assess operational risks in airside environments
• Represent the team in emergency and operational responses
Requirements:
• Three years of operational experience in aviation
• Familiarity with Canadian aviation standards
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders effectively
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and D/A AVOP commitment
