As a result of a promotion and an upcoming vacancy, the R.M. of Corman Park is seeking two (2) Planner II to join the Planning and Development Department.

- Planner II Development Services supports the review, coordination, and processing of development and subdivision applications, including permits, discretionary uses, rezonings, subdivisions, and related land development matters.
- Planner II Long Range and Regional Planning supports policy planning, regional initiatives, bylaw amendments, concept plans, intermunicipal planning, and strategic growth projects.

What You’ll Do

- Process subdivision, development, rezoning, discretionary use, variance, and bylaw files.




- Assess proposals for zoning, servicing, access, drainage, compatibility, and policy.
- Support policy research, concept plans, bylaw amendments, regional planning, and engagement.
- Prepare reports, recommendations, conditions, and letters.
