You will work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to define strategies that enhance the onboarding experience and encourage long-term adoption. Your initiatives will directly impact practitioners’ ability to deliver care efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define roadmap for practitioner onboarding and early product use • Analyze data to improve activation and reduce user friction • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development • Lead product discovery and translate needs into actionable plans • Continuously assess and adjust onboarding success metrics
