Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day claims operations • Inspire and motivate the claims team • Make sound claims-related decisions • Ensure compliance with reserving policies • Develop expertise in claims technology
Requirements: • 5-7 years in claims or insurance • Relevant post-secondary education • Working towards FCIP or CIP status • Experience in coaching and team leadership • Strong knowledge of claims practices nationwide
