Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough failure analysis through functional testing
• Manage non-conformance reporting and related processes
• Ensure 5S housekeeping standards are upheld in the lab
• Assist Quality Engineers with structured problem solving
• Provide detailed reports for internal and external customers
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
• Knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
