Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HD Mechanics and direct repair workflows • Diagnose issues and perform repairs on heavy-duty equipment • Execute scheduled maintenance tasks effectively • Provide technical guidance and training to team members • Ensure a safe and organized workspace before service returns
Requirements: • Required 421A Heavy Duty Mechanic certification • Minimum of 5 years working as a licensed heavy-duty mechanic • Essential experience with construction equipment • Solid troubleshooting skills in diagnostics • Proven ability to lead and provide constructive feedback
