You will lead end-to-end design from needs analysis to content development and impact measurement, with a strong emphasis on e-learning and contemporary learning technologies. You will work with stakeholders to design materials, evaluate effectiveness, and promote programs. Proficiency in French and English, plus experience with Articulate 360, LMS, and AI-enabled
