Reporting to the Program Manager in the Strategy and Innovation Branch, you will leverage your analytical abilities to provide expert counsel on strategic planning and change management. Your work will involve facilitating workshops, conducting trend research, and managing risk in complex projects, all while promoting a culture of collaboration among teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop processes for assessing strategic direction • Facilitate cross-departmental workshops and meetings • Research emerging trends for strategic planning • Manage project risks using best practices • Prepare presentations for leadership
Requirements: • Master’s degree in a relevant field • At least five years of experience in strategic roles • Proficiency in workshop facilitation • Strong project management and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication
