Join Bird’s Finance team as a committed Accounts Payable Analyst based in Edmonton or Winnipeg. Focus on invoice validation, employee expenses, and corporate credit card management to support our Shared Services department.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a minimum of two years of Accounts Payable experience. Candidates should be enrolled in related post-secondary education and possess excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel, familiarity with OnBase, and robust communication abilities are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and audit district office invoices for accuracy
• Manage employee expense reports through Concur
• Validate non-Concur expenses directly in Viewpoint




• Reconcile company credit cards and resolve discrepancies
• Enter payroll-related invoices and ensure timely payments
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience
• Enrollment in or completion of a related post-secondary program
• Knowledge of OnBase and/or Viewpoint is an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
