The ideal candidate will utilize their programming skills to improve cycle times, enhance surface finishes, and ensure quality throughout machining processes. This hands-on role involves both operational setup and troubleshooting within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and modify complex CNC machining programs
• Operate and set up CNC machining equipment with precision
• Reduce cycle times while maintaining high quality




• Manage tool pools for production efficiency
• Conduct in-process inspections and document results
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in CNC machining
• Robust programming skills, particularly in 5-axis operations
• Excellent knowledge of GD&T; and inspection methods
• Effective English communication skills
• Relevant Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
