As the Director of Infrastructure Operations, you will drive operational health and reliability across Aviso’s technology landscape. Reporting to the VP, you will manage a team responsible for infrastructure engineering, system and application administration, data services, and networking. Your leadership will focus on ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions while collaborating closely with security, desktop management, and incident management teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations of all infrastructure environments • Lead managers across engineering, cloud,



and security operations • Implement and sustain security controls and compliance • Design operational support with third-party collaboration • Ensure technical resource availability for project delivery

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Information Systems or related field • 10+ years in IT, 5+ years in leadership roles • Experience in hybrid environments (Azure/AWS) • Proven background in infrastructure operations management • Robust understanding of security and operational safeguards
