Application Deadline: 08/30/2026 Address: 33 Dundas Street WestJob Family Group: Business ManagementThe Broker Management Coordinator plays a key support role within BMO BrokerEdge, contributing to the efficient management, onboarding, and ongoing support of broker relationships. This position is responsible for administrative coordination across broker lifecycle processes, training oversight, compliance support, and handling escalated broker and client inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesBroker Lifecycle Management: support broker onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all administrative requirementsMaintain and update broker records, documentation, and systems in alignment with internal policiesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless broker experienceTraining & Compliance Support: assist in the coordination and tracking of broker training programs (initial onboarding and ongoing education)Ensure brokers meet required compliance standards and regulatory requirementsMaintain training records and support audit readinessEscalation Management: provide administrative support in resolving broker and client escalationsAssist with identity verification (IDV) processes and documentation review as requiredCollaborate with internal partners to ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining a high level of client serviceOperational & Administrative Support: support day-to-day operational activities to improve team efficiency and effectiveness; assist with reporting, documentation, and process tracking; identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational enhancementsStakeholder Engagement:



build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (e.G., compliance, operations, sales teams); act as a point ofcontact for administrative inquiries from brokers and internal partners; support cross-functional initiatives to drive growth and operational excellenceAdditional Responsibilities: take on ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned to support business growth and strategic prioritiesCore CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and sound judgmentTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience working with CRM systems or internal workflow tools is an assetOther AttributesTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive approachAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentialityAdaptability and willingness to take on new responsibilitiesSalarySalary: $36,000.00 - $54,500.00 Pay Type: SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.



For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
