Create, verify, and send purchase orders to brands and customers Enter and maintain product data and customer information across internal systems Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and credits with accuracy and in adherence to company policies Update order details to reflect brand changes Distribute weekly reports to support the sales team Perform stock reconciliation and process immediate orders from stock Maintain and update styles, orders,



and PO details across systems Track, organize and prepare sample shipments to keep the showroom sales-ready Customer Service & Sales

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers in person, by email, and by phone Problem solve general customer service inquiries Confirm and schedule showroom appointments by phone and email Create marketing materials and mass communications using Canva, Photoshop, or similar programs What You Bring

Adaptable and calm under pressure - you can pivot quickly and handle whatever the day throws at you 1-4 years of experience in the industry Strong numeracy and accuracy in data entry with high attention to detail - You catch errors before they become problems Medium to high proficiency in Excel (an assessment will be conducted) Clear and confident written and verbal communication skillsReliable, punctual, and accountable - you follow through and close the loop Yates & Co. appreciates the time all applicants have taken when applying.
